Shipping Rates & Options

We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - ₹99
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - ₹199
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹999

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods such as sales or festivals, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not from the order date:

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
• International Shipping: 10-15 business days (select countries only)

Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on courier availability and location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

• Tracking number
• Courier service details
• Expected delivery date

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

• All locations within India
• Select international destinations (please contact us to confirm availability for your location)

Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners. We will notify you if your location cannot be served.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and products, then contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Delayed Shipments: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
