Return & Refund Policy

At AlphaJoshh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be in their original manufacturer's packaging with labels, barcodes, and seals intact
  • Only fully unused strips/bottles can be returned - no partial usage accepted
  • Batch number must match the one mentioned on the sales invoice
  • Original sales invoice must be provided for processing
  • Products must not be expired at the time of return request

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Partially used strips, opened bottles, or consumed products
  • Temperature-controlled products (vials, injections, vaccines, insulin pen fills, etc.)
  • Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Products that have expired after purchase
  • Prescription medications (unless received damaged or incorrect)
  • Sale items or promotional products (unless defective)
  • Custom or special-order items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps :

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order

  3. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  4. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the invoice
  6. Ship the item to our return address (provided with RA number)

Important: Do not send items back without obtaining a Return Authorization number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return :

  • Defective/Damaged Products: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Wrong Item Shipped: Return shipping is free - we cover all costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Quality Issues: We will cover return shipping after verification

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Inspection Time: 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item
  • Refund Approval: You will receive an email notification once approved
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Refund Amount: Full product price (shipping charges may be deducted for non-defective returns)

Note: Store credit may be offered as an alternative for faster processing if you prefer.

Exchanges

We accept product exchanges for the following scenarios:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Exchange for different variant (size, flavor, etc.) of the same product

To request an exchange, follow the same return process. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product :

  1. Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. Include your order number and details
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs

We may not require you to return severely damaged items - our team will advise based on the situation.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will arrange for pickup of the wrong item at no cost to you
  • The correct item will be shipped immediately
  • If the correct item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

Cancellations

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. A full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You must wait to receive the product and follow our return process if needed.

Refund Exceptions

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Return request made after 7 days from delivery date
  • Product returned without Return Authorization number
  • Products not in original condition or packaging
  • Non-returnable items as listed above
  • Second-time return request for the same product/order

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank - there may be processing delays
  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@alphajoshh.com
